Cara and her first Champion Chihuahua, CH San Antonio Rose of CLC, in the 1980's. Terlingua Chihuahuas had Top 20 dogs (at least one but often 2 or even once 3) from 2013 to 2024) both bought and bred. Terlingua bred an all-breed Best in Show, several Best in Specialty Show, many top specials and beloved pets. Currently, Cara is not breeding Chihuahuas after a lifetime in the breed.
